We may update these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. The current version posted here always governs, and your continued use of the Services means you accept it.

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully. By downloading, accessing, or using the Time Lines app (the "App") or this website (together, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. Time Lines is produced by nftstory ltd., a company based in Quebec, Canada ("we", "us"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

1. About Time Lines

Time Lines lets you draw a line with your finger and see your day's calendar events laid out along it, in the App and in home-screen widgets. The App runs entirely on your device: it has no accounts, no server component, and no sharing features. The Services are provided for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Eligibility

If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you may use the Services only with the involvement and permission of a parent or guardian.

3. Your Content and Your Calendar

The lines you draw stay on your device and belong to you. The App reads your device calendars, with your permission, solely to display your events inside the App and its widgets. We never receive your drawings or your calendar data, and these Terms grant us no rights over them.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Services for any unlawful purpose; attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Services; or circumvent any security measures.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services, including the App software, branding, designs, and all related materials, are owned by nftstory ltd. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose, subject to these Terms.

6. Apple

The App is a "Licensed Application" as defined in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge that Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App or its content, and that Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. To the extent these Terms conflict with Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/), Apple's terms govern with respect to your use of the App.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the timeline shown will always be accurate or current. The App is a visualization aid, not a scheduling authority: always confirm important times in your calendar.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, nftstory ltd. and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, goodwill, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, including any missed appointments or scheduling errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim or USD $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time by deleting the App. We may suspend or discontinue the Services at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protections available to you under the laws of your place of residence.
